Rule 17
Verification of arrival and departure
Every person entering Nepal or departing from Nepal shall have his/her entry or departure verified at the point of entry or departure. In the case of a person who is exempted from verification of departure or entry in this way, if his application is received along with the reason, the department will examine it and if it deems it appropriate, it will verify the arrival or departure.
